Welcome to Cabana Club of Destin, Florida condominium units 305 and 306 located directly on the beach in the gorgeous Crystal Beach community! This piece of paradise offers direct and unobstructed oceanfront views and is literally steps from its private beach of powdery soft, sugar white sand! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast in 1,100 square feet of comfortable living space and with all of the comforts and amenities of home.

Enjoy the pristine and uncrowded beach with coded access for a day in the sun. Relax on the large balcony and enjoy sweeping ocean views while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic sunset and glass of wine in the evening.

In each unit, the kitchen is furnished with full size appliances and equipped with all of the amenities needed to prepare casual or gourmet meals. The dining area has a table with seating for four and there are three comfortable bar stools for dining at the breakfast bar. There is also a convenient outdoor area on our grounds with three large charcoal grills.

Each unit can accommodate up to four (4) comfortably. The living area has an elegant tropical feel with a queen size sofa sleeper, very comfortable chairs, a recliner and flat screen TV. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, dresser, night stands and spacious closet. You have the convenience of two restrooms. Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

Beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella is provided for a fee via private service each morning. Beach setup is not included in the rental price of the condo. There is not a swimming pool located on the grounds of the complex. But the beautiful, clean warm waters of the Emerald Coast are just steps away from the door!

A non-refundable cleaning and service fee will be required and is not included in the rental price of the condo. A fully refundable security deposit will be charged in addition to the rental fee along with Florida tax of 13% applied to the rental and cleaning fees. Payments can be made by check or via credit card through PayPal. Please contact owner for details.

These are strictly non-smoking units! No pets are allowed at any time.

We welcome Snowbirds! Escape those frigid winter winds and trade for them for a mild ocean breeze.

If you are vacationing with family or friends and would like stay close to them (but not in the same condo or house), consider renting both units if available!
